Delivery Timelines

• Ready-to-Ship Collection: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Bespoke & Made-to-Order: Please allow 3-4 weeks for our artisans to craft your unique piece.

Shipping Methods & Security

• Free Express Shipping: All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express or premium couriers (StarTrack/FedEx).
• Fully Insured: Your order is fully insured by Kind Diamond until it reaches your hands.
• Signature Required: For your security, all deliveries require an adult signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for high-value items.
