Return Policy

Our 30-Day Commitment to You.

We want you to be absolutely in love with your Kind Diamond piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our jewelry.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  1. Be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  2. Include all original packaging and the IGI/GIA Diamond Grading Certificate. (A $250 fee applies for missing certificates).
  3. Have the security tag attached (if applicable).

Exclusions

  • Custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Resized rings are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return Please email our support team at hello@kinddiamond.com.au with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to securely ship your item back to our Melbourne studio.

Refunds Once received and inspected by our gemologists, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
